Connect Earth is building the go-to source of environmental data on companies and products. We are developing a range of toolkits to empower companies to embed sustainability intelligence into any product.
💳 Our first product is an API solution that can calculate the carbon impact of any purchase. We sell our API to retail banks and fintechs across Europe and the US, including Raiffeisen Bank, one of the CEE’s largest retail banks.

What you'll do
- Build, manage and optimize paid and organic inbound lead generation campaigns, focused in particular on retail banking and fintech companies across Europe
- Manage sustainability-related content and engagement activities on LinkedIn and Twitter to increase leads
- Run experiments to understand whether there is any untapped potential in similar verticals
- Analyse market trends and identify new commercial opportunities
- Use the techniques outlined to generate warm leads and pass them to our sales team to convert
- Refine and optimise the results of the campaigns
- Report campaign success to internal and external stakeholders of the business
You’ll fit this role if you have
- 3+ years experience in growth hacking
- Experience engaging and converting FinTech companies and banks
- Experience launching a B2B product to the market
- Experience growing an API-based product
- Experience with product marketing tactics
- Knowledge of and experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Care about the planet and want to make a difference
Salary
- £40,000 - £50,000 / year
- Equity (0.1% to 0.3%)
